Rose Hill Courts Redevelopment Phase I Nearing Completion

UltraSystems was selected by the Housing Authority of Los Angeles (HACLA) to prepare all the environmental documentation for the Rose Hill Courts Redevelopment Project. UltraSystems was honored to be part of this important project for HACLA and the residents they serve in the City of Los Angeles and we are excited to see Phase I nearing completion.

#UltraSystems staff joined Orange County's District 5 Supervisor Katrina Foley, representing 650,000 residents, on a health walk led by OC Parks Ranger Rick Shaffer at the Laguna Beach Nix Nature Center. On the trail walk over to the naturally occurring Barbara Lake, Ms. Foley remarked that "she started the Wellness Wednesday Walks six months ago with OC Parks staff to help her constituents stay healthy and get to know south county's parks better" where OC Parks is working to preserve natural and cultural resources for participants to enjoy outdoor education and wilderness exploration. ... Last night, the Buena Park City Council voted 5-0 to adopt an Initial Study / Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) prepared by #UltraSystems, and circulated in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), passing a General Plan Amendment for a zone change from Community Shopping (CS) to General Mixed Use (GMU) to allow the development of a 55-unit affordable housing development and associated site improvements on an approximately 1.35-acre site located at 7101 Lincoln Avenue.
