Planning Expert, Dr. Robert Manford, Expands Portfolio with Education and Training Seminars

UltraSystems Environmental, Inc. (UltraSystems®) taps in-house expert, Dr. Robert Manford, DPPD, to lead new CEQA/NEPA training seminars to educate city, county and district personnel about environmental compliance. As President of UltraSystems, Dr. Manford serves as a Project Director overseeing the preparation of CEQA/NEPA environmental clearances for public and private development projects. Before joining UltraSystems, Dr. Manford worked in positions of increasing responsibility for the cities of Los Angeles and San Jose. Dr. Manford also spent time as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California and California State Polytechnic University of Pomona, teaching courses in Environmental Planning and Land Use Management. His deep background and over 30 years of experience in planning and environmental compliance, make him a natural choice to lead this innovative program.
The UltraSystems training seminars are designed to educate personnel who are involved in development projects such as commercial, housing, infrastructure improvement and more. Interested parties may include planners and engineers working at cities, counties and districts throughout California. Dr. Manford covers an extensive range of topics including: CEQA/NEPA guidelines, document preparation timetables, public noticing, common mistakes and the hidden costs of non-compliance.
