Judicial Council of California Posts Intent to Award UltraSystems 5-year Term

The prestigious Judicial Council of California (JCC) Facilities Services division is responsible for the planning, design, construction, and real estate, and asset management for the court system. As such, UltraSystems is thrilled to be selected as the only woman-owned business among top firms to be an on-call Environmental Consultant for California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Services.

Request for Proposal Process

The JCC has established a rigorous proposal to determine the “best of the best” firms qualified to handle CEQA consulting to assist on the construction and renovation of public buildings. In their search for experts in all phases of CEQA compliance, UltraSystems was chosen to enter into an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“ID/IQ”) contract with the Judicial Council after being selected in their intent to award announcement.

Proven Experience

UltraSystems has over 28 years of experience authoring legally-defensible CEQA documents such as Initial Studies (IS), Categorical Exemptions (CE) and Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs). UltraSystems employs a multidisciplinary team of environmental planners, project managers, scientists, archaeologists, biologists, geologists, hydrologists, engineers, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) specialists and support staff to perform environmental analysis, monitoring, compliance and technical studies to satisfy environmental regulations for a variety of projects.  UltraSystems’ proven expertise interpreting and advising clients on complex environmental legislation and regulations has secured their place to advise JCC on their capital improvement projects over the next five years.
