Permitting Pathways Analysis for a Commercial Conversion Technology Project
UltraSystems, as a subcontractor to Clements Environmental Corporation, assisted a vendor of an advanced solid waste conversion technology in applying for development funding from a local agency. We arranged for and participated in a meeting between the vendor and the South Coast Air Quality Management District to identify potential obstacles to implementation. UltraSystems then prepared a detailed roadmap for the client to obtain permits to construct and operate the facility, including alternative strategies for overcoming possible obstacles.
