UltraSystems was requested by the CPUC to reviewed a Proponent’s Environmental Assessment (PEA) that was submitted to the CPUC by Altrio.  UltraSystems purpose was to review and ensure that the plans, data, information, and analyses presented in the PEA were accurate, complete, and met the standards required under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

Subsequent to its review, UltraSystems submitted comments to the CPUC to reflect the findings and recommendations of the Energy Division’s first review of the PEA.  It was determined that Altrio’s PEA lacked sufficient information and was therefore deemed incomplete.
