Redlands Commons, Environmental Impact Report
UltraSystems was retained by the City of Redlands to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to assess a proposed mixed-use project that would consist of retail, office and single-family residential. The proposed retail center comprised of 85,500 square feet; the office component comprised 20,000 square feet, along with 205 single-family residential homes. The entire development encompassed 37.24 acres and was located on the north side of San Bernardino Avenue, east of the 210-Freeway in the City.
UltraSystems prepared numerous EIR-related technical studies for this project, including: air quality, biological, cultural (including historical resources), geotechnical, hydrology, land use, traffic, and hazardous materials.
