Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority (StanRTA) is planning to develop a new mobility hub (Multi-Modal Hub) in Ceres, California. StanRTA selected UltraSystems Environmental (UltraSystems) to prepare the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) environmental documentation for the project site proposed for acquisition by StanRTA for its new Multi-Modal Hub, using federal funding through Federal Transit Agency (FTA).

UltraSystems prepared an Opportunities and Constraints Assessment in support of the FTA Protective Acquisition Categorical Exclusion (CE) being prepared by StanRTA and the FTA. The Opportunities and Constraints Assessment provided baseline existing information about the proposed project site and an assessment of potential constraints and opportunities in support of the property acquisition.

UltraSystems is also preparing an FTA NEPA CE in accordance with 23 CFR Part 771.118 and a CEQA Categorical Exemption “Notice of Exemption” for development of the proposed new Multi-Modal Hub after the selected property is acquired. UltraSystems is also preparing several technical studies in support of the project CEs, including Air Quality/Greenhouse Gas Assessment and Noise Report.
