Laguna Beach High School Pool Modernization
The project involved: Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration, Air Quality/Greenhouse Gas Assessment, Noise Impact Assessment, VMT Screening Analysis, Biological Resources Assessment, Crotch’s Bumble Bee Focused Surveys, Jurisdictional Delineation.
LBUSD proposed modernization of the existing Laguna Beach High School pool complex, located at 677 Park Avenue, Laguna Beach. Improvements included the demolition of an existing 25-meter pool and site preparation, earth movement activities, site preparation, construction for a new 50-meter pool and complex that supported both the high school and the community needs.
UltraSystems prepared the environmental documentation, including Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration, and preparation of certain technical report, publishing and circulation of IS/MND, support to District AB52 consultation and participation in public hearings.
